Building our business since 2011
We get the question all the time….
How did you two start your business relationship?
Carly and Rocco met on the job site in 2008 and found they spoke the same language, had a similar passion for design and details, and shared a strong work ethic. Bonded by these qualities, Carly and Rocco joined forces in 2011 to create Carriage Lane Design-Build.
Carly, the visionary, took on the role of Principal Designer and Rocco, Head of Construction, brought the designs to life.
Since then, the duo have designed, built and renovated countless homes and commercial spaces for clients, both returning and new. They are supported by their team of trusted trades, vendors and skilled staff.
Rocco and Carly continued their success in the industry by creating The Collective Workspace in 2019, Toronto’s first co-working space and community hub for Designers, Architects and Builders.
“Our homes are a sanctuary that hold cherished memories and reflect our personality.”
