Rocco
Verrilli

Lead Project
Manager +
Co-owner

At the age of 12 Rocco began his construction aspirations. Since then, he’s continued to pursue his interests and curiosity in construction, carpentry, electronics, woodworking and mechanics.

He created an outlet to engage his expertise in these areas professionally when he launched ASN Inc. in 1992. ASN (A Special Nest) specialized in a wide variety of projects for brands like the LCBO, GO Station, Airports, Yorkdale Mall fit-outs and more. With so many moving pieces these large projects necessitated the need for strong organization and efficient project management of custom builds. These experiences helped define the proven custom build methodology Carriage Lane Design uses today.

With over 30 years of success in the field of construction, he has fine-tuned his natural ability to problem solve, build and provide solutions to development challenges as they arise. He’s an expert at rallying teams around a single vision, as well as ensuring that everything is done right, efficiently and effectively, the first time.

He’s passionate about creating spaces that are completely customized and one of a kind that showcase his team’s high-quality craftsmanship and bring homeowners dreams to life.

Rocco’s supportive, thoughtful and organized nature makes communication easy, producing clear understandings between Carriage Lane Designs and clients.

Carly attended and graduated from Sheridan College for interior design in 2006. Always knowing that interior design was her calling she pursued it passionately.

Carly’s desire to make her mark on the industry and brand her specific approach to interior design motivated her to look beyond the confines of her role at small and large design firms, opting instead to start her own, Carriage Lane Design Build with Rocco.

Carly has been co-owner of Carriage Lane Design Build since 2011. In that time she’s had the chance to use her out of the box skills as a designer and stylist for shows on HGTV. Their work has also been featured in publications such as House & Home, Canadian Interiors, Toronto Life, Style at home and The Globe and Mail.

Rocco and Carly have continued their success in the industry by opening up the very first Co-working space and community for Designers, Architects and builders. Carly’s tenacious nature has made her a force to be reckoned with and has resulted in her being hand-picked for the 30 under 30 NKBA award in 2013. This award was given at the National Kitchen and Bath Show in New Orleans. The award recognizes 30 people under the age of 30 all over North America in the design and construction industry who are forward thinking CEOs, entrepreneurs and cutting-edge designers.
